What I collect, and what I do with it.

The forms

This site has three forms: the free-call request, the scholarship waitlist application, and a pre-first-session questionnaire for enrolled students. When you submit one, your answers are emailed to me and saved in a private Google Sheet that only I can open, so I can find them again later. You get an emailed copy of your own answers.

The scholarship application asks for household income and circumstances. That information is used for one purpose, setting a price your family can afford, and is seen by me alone.

Students

Most of my students are under 18. A parent or guardian should be the one who submits the call request and the scholarship application, and I ask for a parent's okay before contacting a student. I don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. Session notes go to the student and to the parents together. Every tutoring session is recorded, for the student's protection. Recordings are stored privately, never shared or published, and a parent can ask to review one at any time.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the forms send their answers to a Google Apps Script that I control; Google's own privacy policy applies to those services.

Removing your information

Email me at trent@trentdahlintutoring.com and I'll delete what you sent, usually the same day.
